This package is for the beginner or intermediate guitarist who is looking to refine specific skills in theory, technique and performance. The package includes 4 lessons for the price of $180 (+3% paypal charge).
The following policies need to be read and signed before purchase:
- All pre-paid products will be redeemed at a pre-scheduled time with the instructor. For lessons, this time is the same every week.
- The time is agreed upon by the client and the instructor.
- To ensure the same time slot the following month, all continuing students will pay in full at the fourth pre-paid lesson of every 4 week period.
- We will allow 1 non-charged cancellation per month. This cancellation must be communicated 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. In this situation, the client's pay date will move back one week. Any additional cancellations must be made up before your next scheduled pay date or they are charged as a no show. We are flexible and compassionate about emergencies, however rescheduling is at the availability of the instructor. We will do everything in our power to accommodate rescheduling. In short, clients have 5 weeks to claim their purchased 4 weekly lessons.
- Any no show will be charged in full as a scheduled lesson.
- It is our view that without proper notice, all responsibility and risk involved with a same day cancellation is assumed by the client. Consider this like a college course. It costs you the same if you show up or not. If you are sick the morning of, or if a last second soccer practice is scheduled, this is your responsibility. Please understand, we will not pay for your time slot if something comes up, however we will exhaust all options to assist you in redeeming your lessons.
- Our instructors are flexible for students and will do all in their power to re-schedule cancellations. However, the habitual nature of people who tend to not show up are noted and will reflect the availability of our instructors.
